Teachers and students of the 14th Primary School of Corfu, on Thursday 16/11/2023 at 10:00 am, gave a warm welcome to the v-Corfu Project Team which, represented by Vasilios Komianos, Athanasios Tsipis and Sofia Fanarioti, had the pleasure and honor to visit the School’s premises and discuss there with them the possibilities of Virtual Reality in Education and Culture.
With particular interest, the young students watched the presentation and played with the educational mini-games, while with great enthusiasm they toured the virtual exhibition and its exhibits, wearing the Virtual Reality headset and interacting with the digital 3D models of the buildings inside of the Corfu Virtual Exhibition Site.
Many thanks to the 14th Primary School of Corfu for their warm hospitality as well as the opportunity to share with them thoughts, ideas and perspectives on the use of v-Corfu in future educational endeavors. We look forward to meeting them again soon.
